Very good and clean apartment to live in not far from beach, restaurants, and local shop, the other main areas in Dubai including the Palm and Downtown and Marina. Favourable setting, views of the marina.

This apartment was fairly clean, had big room and a handy kitchenette. Unbeatable location, 10 minutes' walk from The Walk, loved it. Plus, there were a mall and a supermarket nearby. The personnel was super-friendly especially the three Filipina receptionists. There were climate control, a flat-screen TV and a microwave oven, a tub.

The property is clean and within walking distance to a large supermarket, shops, restaurants, and JBR Walk. The staff, particularly the three Filipina receptionists, are pleasant.- The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.- The kitchenette includes appliances.- The location next to the promenade is magnificent.

I had a great experience at Golden Stay in Marina. The team was incredibly helpful and addressed any issues immediately. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with a tram station right outside and a short walk to JBR beach and Dubai Marina. the staff was attentive and the apartment was comfortable and clean.

The accommodation was luxurious and very good located near the other main areas in Dubai including the Palm and Downtown as well as the beach, tram, and metro, that's what I was expecting. Had a fridge, an electric kettle and a microwave oven to use. I cooked breakfast few times in kitchenette.

The cleanliness of the apartment was below par, with some areas not properly cleaned and a strange smell lingering in the rooms. the maintenance could also be improved, as we experienced issues such as leaking ceilings and a faulty room tag.

We had a great time staying near the beach, the Marina, and restaurants. The staff was helpful and polite, even though we arrived late. The location was amazing, with a big supermarket and everything we needed nearby.
